Privacy
Short version: your numbers stay in your browser unless you press an AI button.
No accounts
RentalCalc Pro has no sign-up, login or user database. Every calculator runs in your browser.
What’s stored on your device
To save you retyping, each calculator remembers its inputs in your browser’s localStorage, and properties you “Save to compare” are kept there too (up to eight). This data never leaves your device and you can erase it at any time:
AI features
Two optional features use AI through Vercel AI Gateway: the deal review on the rental property calculator, and “Fill from listing”. They run only when you click them. The deal review sends the figures in the form; the listing tool sends the text you pasted. Nothing is stored by us after the answer is returned. Please don’t paste personal information.
Analytics
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service, to count page views and referrers. It doesn’t use cookies or build profiles of individual visitors.
Not advice
Results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. They are not financial, tax, legal or lending advice.
